Job summary

Buckner Children and Family Services seeks a Foster Care Home Developer to coordinate recruitment and development of foster homes, ensure licensing compliance, and support families within the Foster Care and Adoption Program. • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
• Requires knowledge of modern methods and techniques for training programs.
• Requires ability to drive assigned vehicle with valid license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement recruitment of foster parents for the Foster Care program; recruit foster homes by letters, ads and presentations.
• Recruit and develop foster homes; perform public relations to educate the community about resources.
• Complete licensing, assessment and support processes to meet Licensing Standards; renew licenses as required.
