Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment of foster parents for the Foster Care program.
• Develop foster homes and participate in public education about resource needs.
• Complete licensing, assessment, and support processes to meet licensing standards.
• Monitor licensed foster/adoptive homes and assist with compliance issues.
• Coordinate visits and transportation for family visits and appointments.
• Assist foster parents with age-appropriate activities.
• Collaborate with staff on resource recommendations and support services.
• Conduct investigations and participate in regional needs assessments.
• Provide monthly reports and maintain documentation of activities.
