Texas Family Initiative is seeking a Foster Care Worker in Texas with a hybrid schedule. Join a mission-driven team that supports children and families and provides training and licensing guidance to foster parents.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in human services and two years’ experience in child and family services preferred. We offer flexible scheduling, 20 days personal leave rising to 25, 12 holidays, tuition reimbursement, and a longevity bonus.
