Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a dedicated Foster Care Worker to join our team and help children thrive in safe home environments. You will work closely with children and families to teach skills such as emotion regulation, healthy communication, conflict resolution, and building healthy relationships.

You will also support foster parents by helping train, license, and guide them in providing the best care for the children in their homes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field with two or more years of human services experience.
