Responsibilities

• Serve as district liaison among schools, DSS, foster families, caseworkers and community partners to promote educational stability and access to services.
• Coordinate and document the Best Interest Determination (BID) process.
• Support students entering, attending, and transporting PRTF placements to ensure enrollment, instruction, credits, records, transportation and reentry supports are addressed without delay.
• Support Title I schools with federally funded program implementation, compliance, monitoring, data analysis, and strategies that address barriers to academic success and engagement.
