La Frontera Arizona, Inc. seeks a Trainer and Foster Care Recruiter in Tucson to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified foster care applicants. You will be the first contact for the program and must reflect the organization’s mission and values.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2+ years in child welfare, and PS-MAPP/PS-DT trainer credentials. Bilingual abilities are helpful and evening hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field is required.
• Minimum two years in child welfare or human services, especially monitoring and licensing foster homes.
• Experience writing home studies and assessing family systems; PS-MAPP/PS-DT trainer credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a continuing pool of prospective and well-trained applicants for foster care licensure.
• Serve as the first point of contact for the Foster Care program and embody its mission.
