One Family Illinois in Chicago offers leadership opportunities within our foster care villages. The Senior Supervisor will guide Professional Foster Parents, coordinate staffing, and ensure safety and service quality across the assigned village.

Responsibilities include supervision, staff development, scheduling, and collaboration with families and agency partners. The role combines hands-on leadership with policy compliance and mission-driven care.

Formación

• Two years of college or an associate degree in social work, human services, psychology, child welfare, or related field; bachelor’s preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to Professional Foster Parents, Foster Parent Support Specialists and Relief Parents.
• Maintain staffing rosters, schedules, and relief coverage calendars; manage call-offs and schedule changes.
• Ensure consistent implementation of agency practices, safety protocols, and service expectations.
• Coordinate timekeeping and scheduling to support seven-day operations.
• Oversee on-call rotation to address urgent staffing, safety, and operational needs.
