Job summary

One Hope United seeks a qualified social services supervisor to oversee case management and provide clinical supervision for staff.

In this role you will ensure compliance with funding sources, lead team efforts, and maintain high-quality service delivery for children and families in Illinois. A valid driver’s license and applicable licensure are required, with ongoing professional development opportunities available.

Qualifications

• MSW/MA degree is required.
• 3 years of progressive responsibility in social services with CBFS licensure required.
• LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, CWEL, CERAP, or Placement Specialty licensure required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record with OHU coverage required.

Responsibilities

• Review intake info and determine service acceptance; coordinate case planning.
• Supervise professionals and para-professionals in therapeutic approaches.
• Attend hearings, meetings, and trainings; ensure documentation and billing accuracy.
• Monitor client safety, maintain case files, and ensure proper staff coverage.
• Engage in community groups to promote agency programs and build links.
