Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and train the Foster Care team with weekly supervision.
• Build a cohesive team and maintain positive employee morale.
• Enforce agency policies via evaluations, conference requests, timesheets, and vouchers.
• Oversee employee selection, training, and orientation processes.
• Ensure foster families meet county goals and home safety/health standards.
• Maintain accurate client records, case files, and medical records.
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness for files.
