Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work preferred or BA in social work with 3+ years field experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children and families.
• Knowledge of child welfare practices and community resources.
• Strong leadership, supervision, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical support to a team of foster care professionals.
• Coach staff to build confidence, strengthen skills, and navigate child welfare challenges.
