Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong empathy, accountability, and professional ethics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop individualized safety and permanence plans with families.
• Coordinate monthly home visits and maintain regular communication.
• Connect families with healthcare and community supports.
