DSCYF/Family Services seeks a Foster Care Program Manager to oversee placements, out-of-state resources, recruitment, and contract management. The role supports the Foster Care Resource Program through administration, vendor oversight, policy development, and staff supervision, with statewide travel to ensure compliance and data reporting.

The position emphasizes collaboration with state agencies, data analysis, federal reporting, and providing subject-matter expertise on child welfare issues.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral or Social Science or related field.
• Three years of health or human services work experience.
• One year evaluating case flow, priorities, and performance.
• Coursework, training, or work experience in contract management and compliance.
• Coursework, training, or work experience in developing policies or procedures.
• Valid driver's license required for statewide travel.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee special placements and out-of-state resources.
• Lead foster care recruitment and contract management.
• Support Foster Care Resource Program administration and vendor management.
