Job summary

StepStone Family & Youth Services seeks a Case Manager to enhance the quality of patient management, maximize satisfaction and promote cost effectiveness within its foster care program. You will oversee the case management cycle, from recruitment to placement and ongoing support for youth and families.

Responsibilities include recruiting foster parents, developing proactive plans, and ensuring licensing compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation.
• 3–5 years experience in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment; sales/insurance/financial services recruitment preferred.
• Knowledge of recruiting strategies, including social media.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain customer-focused with independent problem solving.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and project management skills.
• Track record of meeting targets and recruiting life cycle from sourcing to placement.

Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective foster parents and build community relations.
• Develop and implement proactive recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates and maintain a candidate pipeline.
• Respond to foster parent inquiries by phone within 24 hours.
• Support placement and matching of youth and foster parents.
• Ensure compliance with agency and state licensing requirements at all times.
• Complete interviews, background clearances, and home inspections.
• Maintain foster parent files in compliance with regulations.
• Travel to affiliate locations for recruitment events and partnering meetings.
• Collaborate with treatment team to support youth and families.
• Respect cultural backgrounds in all services.
