Job summary

The Foster Alliance in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Program Coordinator to welcome families, volunteers, and donors and ensure timely, compassionate service. You will report to the Program Manager – New Mexico and help manage client intake, inventory, and data entry in Sage, while upholding OSHA safety standards and organization policies.

Responsibilities include assisting with loading essentials, coordinating volunteers, delivering events, and maintaining a welcoming office environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 3–5 years of client-facing case management experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and standard office software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome families, volunteers, and donors with compassion and sensitivity.
• Assist with loading essentials into vehicles and coordinating pickups.
• Input intake data and inventory into Sage software as NM transactions.
• Support volunteer activations and event setup/delivery.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized office environment and respond to inquiries.
