Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field (preferred).
• Bachelor's in social work or related field with supervised MSW experience.
• DCFS licensure or eligibility.
• Ability to understand trauma and permanency planning.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical and case management services to foster children and families.
• Conduct monthly home visits and respond to urgent issues.
• Develop and implement permanency plans with progress evaluation.
• Prepare for and participate in court hearings and team meetings.
