Job summary

The role involves guiding licensing processes, maintaining compliant files, and offering support to ensure safe placements. A typical day runs 8–5 with flexibility for evenings or weekends to meet with families and markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and credentialing/privileging standards as per program.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and license foster parents.
• Provide pre-service training for potential foster parents and assess applicants.
• Guide applicants through licensing process and submit documents to state and agency.
• Maintain audit-ready files and provide quarterly supervision/assessment.
