This role emphasizes collaboration with the Division of Social Services and a commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice. The position involves recruiting and screening foster families, delivering approved training programs, and maintaining up-to-date certifications.

Formación

• Minimum age 23 years.
• Bachelor's in Human Services or related field from an accredited university or seminary.
• Two years of experience with population served.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate an agency vehicle.
• Ability to manage and monitor agency programs and meet licensing requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare for and participate in regular supervisory conferences.
• Participate in 90-day and annual staff performance evaluations.
• Keeps supervisor informed on current status of total work responsibilities.
• Lead foster parent training and recruit foster families as needed.
