Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a psychosocial rehabilitation credential or a related bachelor's degree.
• Strong computer literacy for data entry, emailing, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct services to licensed foster families and monitor outcomes.
• Coordinate with social workers and participate in interdisciplinary staffing.
• Utilize community resources to resolve foster family issues.
• Write home studies and maintain case records.
