Job summary

The Idaho Department of Health & Welfare’s Continuum of Care Bureau in Boise is seeking a Family Support Clinical Supervisor to lead the FSC Team, oversee in-house family therapy, and manage the Foster Parent Helpline. The role drives clinical interventions for youth and families across prevention, custody, post permanency, and care transitions.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's in a related field with LMSW/LCSW/LPC/LMFT licensure, 2+ years of direct clinical experience, and documented

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family counseling, or closely related field.
• Some knowledge of supervisory practices acquired via coursework or lead work experience.
• Knowledge of community organization/development principles or related coursework.
• 2+ years post-master's direct clinical services experience in community-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Family Support Clinician team providing in-house family therapy.
• Oversee Foster Parent Helpline support and 24/7 availability.
• Coordinate clinical interventions with youth and families across interventions.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, supervision and staff development including performance reviews.
• Provide on-call supervision for the Foster Parent Helpline and monitor outcomes with reports.
