Qualifications

• Tier 1 Assessor in Ohio with at least two years' experience conducting foster care and adoption homestudies.
• Proficient at documenting the homestudy in SACWIS.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials; strong report writing.
• Willingness to drive long distances and work in a field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial home studies for foster care and adoption applicants.
• Complete additional licensing needs on caseload and document in SACWIS.
• Attend Encourage Team meetings.
• Participate in Quality Improvement activities.
• Other duties may be assigned.
