Job summary

DCCCA is seeking a full-time professional to manage an average caseload of 22 active foster families. This role involves conducting home visits, ensuring compliance with DCF regulations, and supporting foster parents in accessing necessary resources for children in care.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a human services field and have extensive experience in child welfare. A valid driver's license and a good driving record are also required for this position.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in human services field.
• Licensure preferred.
• Requires at least two years of child welfare and/or family services experience.
• Must possess a valid state Driver's License and maintain an insurable Motor Vehicle Record.

Responsibilities

• Carries an average caseload of 22 active families.
• Conducts home visits and ensures compliance with DCF regulations.
• Assists foster parents in accessing resources to meet child needs.
• Completes monthly reports documenting current behaviors on each child.
