Caritas Family Solutions is seeking a Visitation Supervisor to lead the Foster Care team, ensuring safe and consistent visitation services that align with agency standards and DCFS requirements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field plus two years of child welfare experience.
• Master's Degree preferred with two years of child welfare experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Foster Care Case Assistants and other staff to ensure quality service delivery.
• Coordinate visitation services by managing staff, schedules, workload, and coverage.
• Monitor visitation quality and collaborate with families, case managers, and leadership.
• Identify barriers to visitation and support permanency outcomes and reunification efforts.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, DCFS requirements, and documentation standards.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor staff; participate in professional development.
• Assess staffing needs and allocate resources for service improvements.
• Maintain required certifications and oversee safety training and vehicle oversight.
