National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor in Columbus, OH. You will lead the clinical programing, provide supervision to foster care staff, and ensure sound clinical practices for clients living safely in the community.

The role requires a Master’s in Social Work, LISW/LPCC licensure, and direct care experience with youth and families. Generous PTO, health benefits, and professional growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution.
• LISW or LPCC licensure required.
• Experience providing individual and family therapy.
• Experience working in direct service with youth and families.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate staff.
• Good computer and technology skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, on-call rotations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision to Foster Care Social Workers.
• Screen referrals upon admission and ensure initial documentation is complete.
• Develop and implement training plans for treatment and service teams.
• Provide direct supervision and clinical consultation to the treatment team.
• Provide consultation and advocacy for clients with schools and other providers.
• Provide supervisory support during after-hours emergencies.
• May carry a caseload as needed.
• Provide weekly group or individual supervision.
• Review new clients with staff to identify immediate needs.
• Review and cosign IS/T plans and diagnostic assessments.
