Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field with two or more years of experience in the human services field.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with children and families to ensure children thrive safely in their home environments.
• Teach skills such as emotion regulation, healthy communication, conflict resolution, and building healthy relationships.
• Support foster parents by helping train, license, and guide them in providing the best care for the children in their homes.
