Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive case management services to children and families within the foster and adoptive care system.
• Develop and formulate permanency goals and concurrent plans for assigned children.
• Advocate for assigned children in court proceedings and provide testimony as needed.
• Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate Family Support Team (FST) meetings within required time frames.
• Arrange for medical, dental, and routine health services for children in out-of-home placements.
