Job summary

Every Child's Hope is seeking a Foster Care Case Manager in St. Louis, MO to support children in foster and adoptive care with comprehensive case management and permanency planning.

You will assess risks, coordinate services, advocate in court, and collaborate with families to secure safe, loving homes. This role requires a degree in a human services field, at least one year of relevant experience, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related human service field.
• At least 1 year of experience providing family and children services.
• Reliable transportation to fulfill duties and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive case management to children and families within the foster and adoptive care system.
• Develop and formulate permanency goals and concurrent plans tailored to each child.
• Assess risks of abuse/neglect and ongoing safety of children.
• Coordinate services and referrals to meet specific family needs.
• Advocate for children in court and provide necessary testimony.
• Schedule and facilitate Family Support Team (FST) meetings within required time frames.
• Maintain required documentation and records meticulously.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with children and out-of-home providers as prescribed.

Education
