Job summary
Every Child's Hope in Maryland Heights, MO is seeking a Foster Care Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management for children in the foster and adoptive care system. You will develop permanency goals, assess safety, and advocate for youth in court, coordinating services and placements.
The role requires a Bachelor's in social work or related field and at least one year of family/child services experience, with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related human service field.
- Minimum one year of experience providing family and children services.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in person at Maryland Heights, MO location.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive case management for children in foster/adoptive care.
- Develop permanency goals and concurrent plans.
- Assess safety and family functioning; identify needs.
- Advocate for children in court; provide testimony.
- Coordinate Family Support Team meetings; arrange placements.
- Participate in on-call rotations; document properly.
- Support families with service referrals and financial assistance.
