Job summary

Presbyterian Children’s Homes and Services in St. Louis, MO, is hiring a Foster Care Case Manager to deliver comprehensive case management for children in foster care. You will coordinate services, document progress in state/databases, and meet families regularly in homes and community settings.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a human services field (master’s preferred) and 2+ years of experience, with a focus on safety, permanency, and collaboration with schools and providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, education, criminal justice, or related human services field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant case management experience.

Responsibilities

• Follows all agency policies and ensures services to children and families.
• Maintain a caseload of 12–15 children.
• Provide full case management from assignment to case closure.
• Document activities in FACES and CSWIS in a timely manner.
• Maintain monthly face-to-face contact with each family.
• Attend court hearings and facilitate Family Support Team meetings.
