Job summary

Presbyterian Children’s Homes and Services is seeking a parent-focused FCCM Supervisor to lead the Foster Care Case Management team across multiple locations. You will oversee case management, ensuring effective wraparound services for children and families, and promote permanency within a supportive, faith-based framework.

The role requires a master’s degree in a related field, supervisory experience, and strong leadership and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, education, criminal justice, or related human services field required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience and 3 years wraparound/community-based/case management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to undergo required screenings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise FCCM team of up to seven case managers or six plus a lead CM.
• Provide guidance, support, and performance evaluations to CMs.
• Manage budget and authorizations; monitor costs and financials.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and professional development.
• Ensure data entry accuracy in FACES and CSWIS.
