Arrow-Child- is seeking a Case Manager to oversee treatment and coordination of services for foster/adopt children and their families. The role involves leading intake, planning, and collaboration with families and professionals to meet licensing and care standards.

The position emphasizes border-to-border coordination, crisis response, and diligent documentation, with benefits including health coverage, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field and at least 1 year of experience with children and families.
• Master's degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate placement of children in foster/adoptive homes and ensure intake paperwork is signed and entered into the case management system on time.
• Develop assessments, treatment planning, service delivery, discharge, and aftercare per service package.
• Provide consultation for foster/adoptive parents, biological parents, respite providers, and other caregivers as needed.
• Maintain accurate case notes, billing docs, treatment plans, progress notes, and other documents per standards.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required.
• Serve as the child’s education liaison with referral agency and foster parents.
