Indiana Mentor in Indiana is seeking a Program Services Clinical Coordinator to support youth services, case management, behavior intervention plans, and treatments provided to individuals served. You will coordinate development, review, and implementation of services, monitor quality of care, ensure contractual terms are met, and uphold regulatory program compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• One year of experience working with at-risk youth.
• Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Licensure and training as required by state (CPR, First Aid, Behavioral Intervention Techniques).
• Reliable, responsible attitude and compassionate approach.
• Commitment to quality in everything you do.

Indiana Mentor, a part of the Sevita family, provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth who may be facing out-of-home placements, transitioning back into the family home or independent living alternatives, or involved in the juvenile justice system. Through our personalized programming, we help youth gain stability, comfort and confidence to overcome all challenges and live well.
