Job summary

Ohio Mentor, part of Sevita, seeks a Programs Services Clinical Coordinator to coordinate services, review plans, and support youth in residential and treatment foster care settings. The role emphasizes quality care, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with families and external case managers.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field, plus a compassionate, reliable attitude and a focus on quality. A driver’s license and auto insurance are also required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development, review, and implementation of services, case management, behavior intervention plans, and treatments provided to individuals served.
• Oversee all services provided to individuals and their families, monitor quality of care delivered, ensure compliance with contractual terms, and monitor regulatory program compliance.
• Assist in the development of quality services and engaging activities that meet the individual served needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with families and external case managers.
