Job summary

Massachusetts Mentor, part of Sevita, is seeking a Foster Care Case Manager bilingual in English and Spanish to support youth in residential and treatment foster care programs across Massachusetts. You will coordinate services, monitor care quality, and collaborate with families and external case managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• One year of work-related experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injury, youth placed-at-risk, etc., preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current driver's license, car registration, auto insurance, reliable transportation, and clear driving record is required.
• Willing to travel is required.
• Flexible work schedule is required.
• Willing to work on-call (after hours and weekend hours) schedule is required.
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
• A commitment to quality in everything you do.

Salary - $48,500 (+ Overtime pay)
