Auberle is seeking an Entry Level Case Aide for the Foster Care Program at the Main Campus in McKeesport, PA. This role supports children and families, accompanies transport, and guides caregivers to promote safety and positive outcomes.

Qualifications include a high school diploma/GED, clearances (Act 33/34 and FBI), a valid PA driver's license, and willingness to travel; evenings/weekends may be required. Competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Valid PA driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Frequent travel throughout the greater Pittsburgh area; transporting children as needed.
• Flexible hours including evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a trusting relationship with families and youth served.
• Provide emotional support during transport and supervision.
• Promote normalcy experiences and guide caregivers towards safe practices during visitation.
• Communicate effectively with team members, parents, professionals, and clients.
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation for safety, tracking, and reporting.
• Support the assigned Case Manager with caseload duties.
