Job summary

Deutsche Bank in New York seeks a GFX Forwards Trader at Associate level to price client deals and manage risk across FX forwards and related instruments. The role supports growth in a hybrid work setting, with a strong emphasis on collaboration across desks.

The candidate should have extensive experience pricing FX forwards, a solid grasp of short-end rate derivatives and XCCY swaps, and robust analytical and interpersonal skills to communicate ideas and drive results.

Qualifications

  • Experience pricing and managing FX Forwards & STIR products.
  • Knowledge of short end rate derivatives, XCCY swaps, and FX Forwards.
  • Excellent spreadsheet and database skills (Matlab, VBA, Java).
  • Proven risk management skills; strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.
  • Able to interpret market trends and communicate trade ideas.

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York City office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $135K to $175K.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
