Job summary

Dirac, Inc. in New York City seeks a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to bridge product, engineering and customer deployments, delivering integrations and rapid iteration in real-world production environments.

You will own high-leverage work, review code, support pilots and deployments, and collaborate with product and core engineering to accelerate customer success and revenue growth across PLM/ERP ecosystems, with travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack fundamentals with ability to ship production quality code.
• Experience in complex systems and large codebases.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams.
• Ownership mentality with bias toward action and delivery.
• Experience with APIs, integrations and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Build integrations between BuildOS and customer systems (PLM, ERP, etc.).
• Identify and fix high-impact issues blocking adoption.
• Ship deployment-critical features with speed and quality.
• Review code and help reduce PR backlog across the team.
• Partner with product and engineering to prioritize high-leverage work.
• Support pilots, deployments and customer technical needs.
• Participate in demos and technical discussions as needed.
