Job summary

Doppel is seeking a senior forward deployed engineer to lead a team at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market. You will deploy Doppel to enterprises, build integrations with security stacks, and convert field learnings into product improvements.

You will own the enterprise integration portfolio, identity management, and high-stakes deployments, while shaping a rapidly expanding product landscape for AI-powered defense solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience building production applications, including 2+ years in a forward deployed or customer-facing role.
• Experience leading engineers, while still shipping hands-on.
• Deep experience with enterprise integrations: OAuth, SAML, SCIM, IDP sync, webhooks, SIEM/SOAR platforms, REST APIs.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and turn undefined charters into actionable work.
• Track record of turning bespoke customer work into reusable product or platform capabilities.
• Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers and negotiating priorities with sales and product.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of forward deployed engineers, setting direction and staying hands-on with customers and code.
• Own the enterprise integration portfolio: SIEM/SOAR connectors, ticketing tools, webhooks, email ecosystem integrations.
• Own enterprise identity: SSO, SCIM provisioning, IDP sync, OAuth/SAML troubleshooting.
• Serve as the senior technical presence in strategic enterprise deals—scope integrations pre-sale and de-risk deployments.
• Turn one-off customer builds into product, defining how prototypes graduate into core capabilities.
• Expand the charter with AI-powered automations and internal tooling to speed onboarding and deployment.
