Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer — Salesforce Agentforce to partner with customers and product teams, turning AI opportunities into production solutions. You will design, build, and deploy intelligent agents using Agentforce, LLMs, and AI capabilities in Salesforce to solve enterprise challenges.

You will work hands-on with clients, integrating AI into enterprise workflows, accelerating adoption, and delivering measurable outcomes for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including configuration, customization, integration, and development.
• Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Agentforce.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents using Salesforce Agentforce to address business, customer experience, and operational challenges.
• Partner with customers, stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to identify, scope, and deliver high-impact AI solutions.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, prompt strategies, and multi-agent orchestration within Salesforce ecosystem.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications, APIs, middleware, cloud services, and third-party platforms.
• Configure Salesforce components including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Einstein AI capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions with solution architects and product teams.
• Lead or support solution workshops, demonstrations, discovery sessions, and technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI agent performance, reliability, security, usability, and adoption.
• Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, governance, version control, and deployment automation practices for Salesforce and AI implementations.
• Build and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and implementation playbooks.
