Job summary

Abridge is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Product Manager to lead on-site engagements with health systems, scoping work, and owning outcomes end-to-end. You will guide a pod, balance core product trade-offs, and partner with success teams to drive commercial value.

This role requires deep trust with CMOs/CMIOs and a strong product vision. Based in San Francisco, the role is on-site with relocation and a hybrid in-person model.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience shipping user-loved products.
• Proven ability to own product areas end-to-end.
• Strong user empathy and product taste.
• Comfort with ambiguity and roadmapping.
• Cross-functional credibility with engineers, designers, and executives.
• Track record of live, production systems deployments.
• Willingness to travel ~20% on average.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery on-site at partner accounts and define success before coding.
• Lead a small pod through focused, sprint-style engagements.
• Own the product and feature decisions for the engagement, coordinating with Partner Success.
• Decide what gets built and what gets prioritized for the core roadmap.
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams when a new build is needed.
