Job summary

Abridge is seeking a senior forward deployed product leader to drive on-site engagements with health system partners. You will scope, own outcomes end-to-end, and lead a pod while shaping the core product roadmap.

You will earn the trust of CMOs, CMIOs, CIOs, and operational leaders across large health systems to deliver rapid, tangible impact. This role is based in San Francisco with in-person days and relocation required; you will travel ~20% as engagements kick off and go-live.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience shipping products that users love.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end engagements with enterprise health systems.
• Strong user empathy and product taste with a track record of shipping.
• Comfort with ambiguity and creating clear roadmaps from messy spaces.
• Cross-functional credibility and ability to present to CMOs/CMIOs/CIOs/CFOs.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery on-site with partner accounts to scope engagements and define success.
• Lead a pod through focused, sprint-style engagements while maintaining pace.
• Own the product and feature decisions for engagements, coordinating with Partner Success.
• Decide what gets built vs. what gets deprioritized and align with core roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering on live-system builds that stem from engagements.
