Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to own design and implementation for the Identity Resolution (IDR) product. You will work directly with data, marketing, and executive teams at household-name companies to deploy IDR rules, set up deployments, and debug issues.

You’ll engage in pre-sales sessions with Sales Engineering and post-sales with Customer Support Engineers, acting as the data engineering SME for the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in an analytics engineering, solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or implementation role.
• Experience in data infrastructure, CDP, or B2B SaaS companies.

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Implementation Consulting: translate customer use cases into IDR rules and data models.
• Technical Support & Debugging: diagnose identity issues, write SQL against customer warehouses, review server logs.
• Explain IDR behavior to customers and surface product gaps for fixes.
