Job summary

Harvey, Inc. is seeking Forward Deployed Finance Engineers for the private credit team. You will collaborate with Account Executives to spearhead pilots, build screening and underwriting workflows, and translate investment know‑how into Harvey solutions.

You will review CIMs, QoE, and data packs, perform cash flow modeling, and help shape credit committee processes. Travel 2–3 times per month for client engagements and ongoing delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years on the investment or underwriting team at a direct lender, private credit fund, BDC manager, or insurer private credit arm, with demonstrated ownership of live deal work: screening, underwriting, diligence workstreams, modeling, structuring, and drafting credit committee materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead pilots on live opportunities, guiding lenders through what's possible with AI and build screening, underwriting, and credit committee workflows in Harvey's templates.
• Review lender materials (PIM/CIM), QoE, data packs, and credit documentation; perform cash flow and leverage modeling; assist in covenant and credit agreement review.
• Contribute to product roadmap by feeding credit-team feedback back into development to improve Harvey.
• Coordinate travel for client work as needed (approximately 2–3+ times per month).
• Engage with Account Executives and lenders throughout pre-sales and post-sale stages to advance opportunities.
