Job summary

Harvey is building out its Finance Engineering team to translate real estate deal experience into AI-powered underwriting and workflow solutions. Forward Deployed Finance Engineers lead pilots, demos, and onboarding while shaping the real estate product roadmap and templates.

You will work with real estate private equity platforms and asset-managers, collaborating with Account Executives to drive adoption across screening, underwriting, and committee workflows, and travel ~2–3 times monthly for

Qualifications

3+ years on acquisitions, asset management, or real estate credit at a real estate PE platform or related firm with live deal ownership
Deep familiarity with OM, rent roll, T-12, leases, estoppels, third-party reports, loan documents, and acquisition models
Advanced Excel and financial modeling; comfortable with AI workflows and building internal tools is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead discovery, demos, pilots, trainings, onboarding, and custom builds with AEs and CSMs
Translate real investment work into Harvey solutions and drive adoption across the customer lifecycle
Shape product roadmap by feeding real estate needs back into Harvey's platform
Build real estate playbook, demo library, and workflow templates while running live pilots
