Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Forward Deployed Finance Engineer for the real estate practice. You will lead discovery, demos, pilots, onboarding, and custom builds, translating investment workflows into Harvey solutions for real estate clients.

You will partner with AEs and CSMs to guide pre-sales and post-sale activity, shaping product direction with investor-centric insights. You will build the real estate playbook, including demo libraries, workflow templates, and use cases, while running live pilots

Qualifications

3+ years on an acquisitions, asset management, or real estate credit team with live deal work including screening, underwriting, diligence, modeling, and committee materials
Strong command of OM, rent roll, T-12, leases, estoppels, third-party reports and loan documents used in real estate investments
Advanced Excel and financial modeling; comfortable with AI workflows; building internal tools is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead discovery, demos, pilots, trainings, onboarding, and custom builds.
Translate investment work into Harvey solutions across the customer lifecycle.
Shape Harvey's product roadmap based on investor needs and live feedback.
Collaborate with Account Executives and CSMs during pre-sales and post-sale.
Develop real estate playbooks, templates, and use cases; run live pilots and lead real estate practice as the team grows.
