Job summary

Rillet is building the AI-native ERP for modern finance teams. As a Forward-Deployed Finance Engineer, you will embed with our highest-priority customers to automate as much of their accounting as possible, using available tools.

You will design and deploy agents that close the books, then translate learnings across customers into product improvements. You will own outcomes for our customers, with significant influence on Rillet's roadmap.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting experience with real month-end close ownership.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and ability to defend entries with auditors.

Responsibilities

• Automate and optimize accounts close processes for top customers.
• Embed with high-priority customers to map close end-to-end in accounting domains (bank coding, AP, revenue, accruals, reconciliations, reporting).
• Design and ship agents that automate accounting tasks while maintaining controls and audit trails.
• Turn customer learnings into product insights to influence the roadmap.
