Job summary

Rillet seeks a Forward-Deployed Finance Engineer to embed with high-priority customers and automate accounting processes end-to-end. You will design and ship agents that close the books and translate what you learn across clients into product improvements.

You will own outcomes for our customers and influence the roadmap, working closely with finance teams at scale. This role is ideal for someone with deep accounting expertise, GAAP knowledge, and a passion for moving finance at the speed of AI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting experience with month-end close ownership.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ability to defend entries before auditors.

Responsibilities

• Automate close at top customers end-to-end, including bank coding, AP, revenue, accruals, and reporting.
• Turn customer work into product by spotting patterns and creating clear product briefs.
• Build features from prototype to production with engineering support, and define reusable playbooks.
• Own outcomes for customers and influence the Rillet roadmap.
