Job summary

Privy is seeking an exceptional Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team and act as the primary technical owner for building out capabilities with our most important customers. You will merge technical excellence with deep customer insight to architect, develop, and deploy software features addressing customers’ needs and evolving Privy’s core products.

You will work with engineers, product, and business teams to ensure customer outcomes are achieved and our products delight users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Experience building customer-facing software and shipping features end-to-end.
• Ability to collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to align product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand objectives and prototype software solutions.
• Design, code, and launch features using TypeScript, React, and Next.js, owning end-to-end development.
• Drive product deployments including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Champion customer success by incorporating feedback and addressing pain points.
• Dive into customer codebases to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align roadmap with customer needs.
