Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to join a fintech AI initiative. The role involves integrating, customizing, and deploying AI solutions in customer environments, with deep hands-on production experience in GenAI/Agentic AI and Python APIs.

The position supports remote work within the US with occasional monthly travel to customer or corporate sites. Strong collaboration with internal and customer teams is essential.

Competenze

• Proficiency in Python programming.

Job Description

We are building a team of Forward Deployed Engineers for a fintech organization. This is an opportunity to work near the cutting edge of AI business use-cases that are already providing value to real users & customers.

In this position you will be collaborating closely with both internal & customer teams to integrate, customize, and deploy AI solutions in customer environments. This is a high-level position that requires deep hands-on production experience with AI applications (GenAI, Agentic AI), model evaluation & testing, and Python development & APIs.

This position can be based out of anywhere in the domestic US, but will require semi-regular (roughly once per month) travel to either customer or corporate sites.

Appl Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ Years of Relevant Software, AI/ML, Data, or similar experience
• At least one production-launched AI application (GenAI or Agentic AI)
• Programming Skills (Python strongly preferred)

Desired Skills & Experience

• Understanding/usage of LangGraph, LangChain
• Development of MCP
