Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC seeks an Associate Forward Deployed AI Engineer to build and deploy AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation solutions. You will convert business requirements into production-ready AI applications, agentic workflows, and LLM-powered tools.

Collaborate with stakeholders to design, test, and optimize AI applications in production, including prompt workflows and grounding logic. This hybrid role is based in Frisco, TX, with 3-5 days on-site per week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering, AI/ML, automation, or data engineering experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with Python, APIs, and modern application development; cloud familiarity.

We are seeking an Associate Forward Deployed AI Engineer to help build and deploy cutting-edge AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders to turn business requirements into production-ready AI applications, agentic workflows, and LLM-powered solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, automation, or data engineering
• Experience with Python, APIs, and modern application development
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or automation platforms
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

What You Will Be Doing

• Design and deploy agentic AI workflows and intelligent automation solutions
