Job summary

Motion Recruitment seeks an Associate Forward Deployed AI Engineer to build and deploy cutting-edge AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation solutions. You will translate business requirements into production-ready AI applications, agentic workflows, and LLM-powered solutions.

You will design agentic AI components, integrate with existing systems, and collaborate with stakeholders. Hybrid onsite in Frisco, TX (3-5 days/week).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, automation, or data engineering.
• Experience with Python, APIs, and modern application development.
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or automation platforms.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
